he 32nd Annual American Crafts Festival At Lincoln Center For The Performing Arts in Lincoln Center’s Damrosch Park will be open to the public on two consecutive Saturdays and Sundays, June 14-15 and 21-22, 12-9 p.m. on Saturdays and 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Sundays, with different craft displays each weekend.
The show occupies Damrosch Park and the Josie L. Robertson Plaza at 64th Street and Columbus Avenue in Manhattan.
Brooklyn-based craftspeople participating in the show include Gareth Anderson of South First Street with ceramics; Louise Fischer Cozzi of Third Street, with Polymer Jewelry; Michael Fitzgerald of Studio 174 of North 11th Street, jewelry; Nachshon Peleg of Seeka Co. of North Eighth Street, Judaica; Linda Brady of Tiki, Wyckoff Street, wearable fiber; Andrzej Bialuski of Hanami Jewelry, Franklin Street, real flower jewelry; Denise DeLong of Delong Ceramics, Broadway, ceramics; Nelle Gretzinger of Art to Wear, South Fifth Street, wearable fiber; Claudio Starzak of Imix Jewelry, 12th Street, silver and gold jewelry.
More than 35,000 one-of-a-kind uniquely designed original creations with a total estimated value of $20 million will be on display at the most popular, largest, most innovative American Crafts Festival in the New York tri-state region and one of the oldest and most respected in the United States.
An expected attendance of 250,000 visitors will view craft displays from 39 states, as well as guest artists from Canada, Mexico and Israel. In addition there will be continuous live performances of classical music played by master violinist Leonard Khmel, trained at the Moscow Conservatory.
Admission to the show and all events is free.
