Cutting crime

A cruel crook stabbed a man in the stomach with nail clippers before robbing him on Homecrest Avenue on April 3, according to police.

Authorities say the thoughtless thief approached the man at a park near Williams Court and demanded his money and cellphone at 4:41 pm. Cops say the perp then shoved the nail clipper into the victim’s stomach, causing him to start bleeding.

The brute then stole a measly $10 from the man’s wallet and fled, police say.

Grocery grabbers

Two money-hungry crooks stole a woman’s debit card from her on Nostrand Avenue on April 4, according to authorities.

The woman told cops she was near Voorhies Avenue on her way home from a supermarket at 9 pm when the goons approached her near and asked her for change.

When the woman said she didn’t have any, cops say the men grabbed her purse and the woman fell to the ground. She sustained an injury, according to a report.

Sneaker stealers

Two fiends with a foot fetish stole shoes and household objects from a man’s apartment on Ocean Parkway on March 31, say cops.

Police say the duo broke into the apartment through the basement of the complex near Quentin Road at 7:30 pm. Authorities say the crooks stole sneakers and tools.

The two thieves left the building through the front door, according to reports.

Home heist

A bandit stole cash and tens of thousands of dollars worth of jewelry from a family on Ocean Avenue on March 29, police reported.

Police say a thief broke into the home and stole $500 and an estimated $23,900 worth of jewelry near Avenue P at 6 pm. The living room window was open and the front door, which the victims claim was locked, was unlocked when the family returned home, an officer stated.

Botched burglary

A goon broke into an Ocean Avenue on March 29 home while the homeowner was upstairs using the bathroom, cops say.

Police say the burglar barged into the first floor of a home near Lake Place at 3 am. The woman said she heard a noise but the good-for-nothing must have heard her, too — the goon slammed her side door and fled.

Nothing was taken, according to a report.
