Bensonhurst—Bath Beach
Rubbed the wrong way
A “frequent customer” beat and robbed a woman at an 86th Street massage parlor on Nov. 9, taking her cellphone.
The victim told police that she was giving a late-night massage at the business between Bay Parkway and Bay 31st Street at 1 am when the repeat customer rang the bell to come into the business.
She buzzed him in, and, for reasons unknown, the massage fan suddenly slugged her in the face and then ran off with her cellphone, cops said.
Spa treatment
Some crook beat two women and stole a cellphone inside of an 18th Avenue beauty spa on Nov. 7.
One of the victims told police she was inside the beauty parlor between 70th and 71st streets with another woman at 4:20 am when the thief burst in and started smacking them around.
Then he started barking orders, demanding cash from the register, but ultimately gave up and fled with one of the victim’s phones, cops said.
Beer bust
Three rapscallions beat a man after he refused to buy beer from them on W. Sixth Street on Nov. 6.
The victim told police that he was near Kings Highway at 4:42 am when the shady trio offered him some brews for cash. The man declined the offer, so they beat him over the head with a wooden plank, according to police.
Tough guy
Cops arrested a 14-year-old boy for his part in the gunpoint robbery of a man on 15th Avenue on Nov. 4.
The victim told police that he was near 64th Street at 10:30 pm when the suspect and two others jumped him. Either the suspect, or one of his alleged pals, slugged the victim in the face, before one of them drew a pistol and growled, “give me money,” cops said.
But the victim stood strong, and refused to give up any dough, although one of the trio managed to wrestle a measly $1 from him before they fled, according to police.
Dastardly duo
Two reprobates beat and robbed a man on Bay 22nd Street on Nov. 1.
The victim told police he was near Benson Avenue at 11:05 pm when the delinquents ambushed him. After giving the victim a good shellacking, the thieves nabbed $300 and his New York identification card from his pockets, cops said.
Sneakers
A pair of rogues jumped a 55-year-old man for his cash and sneakers on Shore Parkway on Nov. 2.
The victim told police that he was near 24th Avenue at 11:25 am, when the duo attacked him. The scoundrels made off with $300, a pair of sneakers, and the victim’s cellphone, cops said.
Nothing’s on
A bozo ransacked a man’s W. Seventh Street home on Nov. 8, taking a television.
The victim told police that the intruder entered his home between Kings Highway and Highlawn Avenue at 11:30 am, sneaking in through a rear window that leads out to a fire escape.
Tooling around
A crafty bandit broke into a 68th Street work site on Nov. 8 and stole construction materials and tools.
A worker told police that he locked up the site between 21st Avenue and Bay Parkway at 2 pm, and returned later to find shattered glass were several recently installed windows had been. Inside, he discovered that copper pipes, a drill gun, and other tools were missing, cops said.
