Bling bandit

A lowlife broke into an E. 7th St. apartment, and made off with a large haul of jewelry on Dec. 5.

The victim says the thief may have entered through the window, which was left open when she returned home but had been closed when she left. The thief took two diamond rings, a diamond pendant and a diamond bracelet, together estimated to be worth $7,400, according to police.

Hit and run away

Two punks stole $400 from an unsuspecting pizzeria worker on East 27th Street on Dec. 4.

The two attempted to purchase a pizza from the man, and then struck him in the face, giving him a bloody nose. The duo then fled south on E. 27th St. The victim was taken to the hospital for treatment of his injuries, cops said.

Phone and wallet grab

Four jerks stole a man’s phone and wallet from him on Avenue U Dec. 5.

The man was walking down Avenue U towards 14th street when the four came up on him from behind, punched him in the back of the head, and took his phone and wallet. They fled towards Manhattan, according to a police report.

That’s cold

A lowlife stole a jacket off a passerby on E. 16th St. on Dec. 7, police reported.

A man approached the victim, grabbed him around the neck and threatened to break his jaw if he didn’t give up the coat. The victim then gave the coat to his attacker, who fled with it, investigators said.

Passport and other theft

A good-for-nothing stole cash, a phone, and a Russian passport off a woman on E. 28th St. on Dec. 7.

Cops said the thief crept up on the woman from behind and then hit her on the side of the head, and then took her phone from her pocket, along with her purse. The woman had her headphones on and suffered a bruise, according to a police report.

Argument gets ugly

A man violently robbed a woman on Batchelder Street on Dec. 8.

The two were arguing over the woman’s cellphone and the woman was attempting to leave when the man punched her in the head, stomach and arms, causing pain and bruising. He also took her phone, debit card and $80 from her purse before fleeing, according to a police report.

Heavy lifting

A punk stole drills and other tools from a construction site on Ocean Avenue. [WHAT DAY?]

The thief sneaked onto the site from the rear by breaking through two pieces of plywood, and took several drills, a groover, and two welders, victims told investigators. The value of the stolen goods is estimated at $17,890, according to a police report.
