Swiped shorts
A pair of good-for-nothings stole clothing from a Fulton Street store and threatened an employee on June 25, police said.
The victim saw the two crooks take denim shorts from the store near Hoyt Street at about 3:40 pm, and tried to stop them before they left, but one pulled out a blade and pressed it into his ribs, according to authorities.
What a wiener!
A goon threatened a food truck vendor and stole her cash on Joralemon Street on June 28, police said.
The victim told cops she was in her hot dog cart near Court Street a little after noon when the baddie said he would slash her face with a knife if she didn’t hand him all her money. The villain stole $200 from her but never displayed a knife, according to authorities.
Half caught
Cops cuffed a guy who they say stole a man’s cash and threatened to kill him on Flatbush Avenue on June 28, police said.
The victim told police he had just cashed a money order near Fulton Street at about 7:30 pm when two suspects came up to him and one said, “I will f—— kill you, shoot you in the face,” while gesturing towards his waistband, and the second suspect ripped the cash out of his hand.
The suspects fled and police stopped and arrested one of them, according to authorities.
Stolen memories
A lout swiped thousands of dollars worth of jewelry from a guy’s State Street home on June 26, police said.
The 41-year-old victim told cops the crook broke into the house’s storage unit near Henry Street sometime between 11 am and 1 pm, damaging the door, and ran out with a watches, bracelets, diamonds, and wedding rings, officials reported.
Park punk
Some jerk stole a woman’s wallet out of her bag she dropped near Furman Street on June 30, police said.
The 26-year-old victim told cops she was walking in Brooklyn Bridge Park when she dropped her bag at about 1 pm. Park officers found it about 30 minutes later, but her wallet with her driver’s license, Trump identification card for work, credit cards, and transit check inside it were all gone, police said.
