A crook followed a woman out of a bank and swiped $700 from her on Avenue R on Oct. 12.
The 64-year-old woman took out the cash from a bank on Kings Highway at around 4 pm and then walked towards Avenue R and E. 13th Street, where the malefactor approached her from behind and grabbed her bag, police said.
The jerk said, “Let me get a look,” and then took the wad of cash and fled, according to authorities. The nogoodnik also pushed the woman against a yellow van, officials said. The bank has video footage of the incident, according to authorities.
