Hebrew School student Ethan Brod gleamed with pride on Sunday as he showed his teachers and classmates the menorah he made from pasta for Hanukkah.
The sweet taper-holder was among the attractions celebrating the Festival of Lights at the Flatbush Park Jewish Center on Avenue U and E. 63rd Street where students in the David and Dorothy Schachne Synagogue School made merry with teachers, parents and other visitors for the joyous Jewish observance which commemorates the miracle of the oil following the rededication of the Temple of Jerusalem in 165 B.C.
