Call it parks and wreck-reaction.
Vandals used a Bobcat forklift to flip a Parks Enforcement Patrol car in Brooklyn Bridge Park on Saturday morning, police and park management said.
Several scofflaws broke into a maintenance yard near Pier 2 at around 3:30 am and fired up several park utility vehicles, including the forklift, which they used to hoist and dump the electric vehicle on its roof, according to a parks spokeswoman.
The rep claimed the nogoodniks managed to get the vehicles moving with no keys.
The patrol car was charging when the punks turned it upside down, according to photos of the aftermath, which show the vehicle still plugged in.
The whole thing was caught on the park’s security cameras, which management handed over to the Police Department, the spokeswoman said.
The Bobcat did not belong to a crew working for developer Toll Brothers, which is erecting luxury condos in the green space, according to a spokesman for the builder.
