There’s a new scapegoat in town.
It seems that the left has run out of steam. It can’t blame Bush for all the problems in the world, so now it tells us to focus our attention and hold FOX News responsible for all of the Obama Administration’s troubles. After all, 100 percent of FOX disagrees with President Obama all of the time. Right?
Wrong!!
While it certainly is true that Sean Hannity and Glenn Beck are not fans of BHO, there are many on the tube that bow and worship the big guy. The president, along with Maxine Waters, Barney Frank and others who do not watch the FOX, are very fast to judge the channel as being far right. Viewers from both sides of the aisle who tune in to FOX are familiar with the following names: Bob Beckel, Geraldo Rivera, Alan Colmes, Kirsten Powers, Julian Epstein, Lanny Davis, Doug Schoen, Leslie Marshall, Marc Lamont Hill, Sally Quinn, Susan Estrich, Rev. Al Sharpton, Joe Trippi and Steve Murphy.
Question: What two things do they all have in common?
Answer: One, they all appear on FOX regularly; and, two, they are all left wingers — very vocal, powerful, convincing left wingers.
If you got the two answers correct you may choose what’s behind door number one or you may return next week, Yada, yada, yada.
It is obvious to me that the president, Maxine and Barney are busy watching Dancing With The Stars.

This administration should know from the experience of last year that it should not wage an unwinnable war against FOX. America votes with remote controls. If you look at the ratings of the cable news networks, nothing has changed in a very long time. Of the top 10 shows, the first six are on FOX. O’Reilly is number one with more than four million viewers. Olbermann, the first not on FOX, is number seven with only about one-fourth of O’Reilly’s viewers.
The more viewers that are watching FOX, the more America learns from both the right and the left. If the left is having problems, it might want to learn to talk to show hosts that exude honesty and guests from both sides of the aisle. Now that’s Only My Opinion and if you agree or disagree you can e-mail me and let me know. Just please — don’t jump into the gutter. It may make you feel better but you don’t win a debate by calling me names. You only lose credibility when you do.
