The next meeting of the Fraser Civic Association, on November 12 at 7:30 p.m., will address the homeowner’s financial crisis. The meeting will be held at Yeshiva Tiferes Yisroel, 1271 East 35th Street between Avenues K and L.
A panel of financial and legal experts, lead by former Assemblyman Frank Seddio of the 59th New York State Assembly District, will address issues concerning sub-prime mortgages, refinancing options, bankruptcy and foreclosure protections and legal rights as homeowner and borrower.
Seddio is an attorney and vice president of Power Express Mortgage, and a former surrogate judge.
Members of the 63rd Precinct’s Community Affairs will also be on hand, as well as local elected officials. Refreshments will be served.
