The New York Junior Tennis League is offering its annual summer Community Tennis Program by providing free tennis and educational activities to youngsters ages 6−18 at various locations in Brooklyn.
The program runs now until August 28, and children may join at any of the free NYJTL program locations at any time during the season — there is no registration deadline. A parent or guardian must register in−person with their child at the location they choose to attend.
The summer program includes a comprehensive schedule of tennis instruction and match play, free books through reading clubs at each site and special events and field trips.
Children are welcome at all locations, and local community children’s groups are also welcome.
