“Flow,” a new documentary by Fort Greene filmmaker Irena Salina, pictured, about one of our most necessary — and endangered resources — water, will finally get a run at Manhattan’s Angelika Film Center beginning Sept. 12.

The film, which investigates the world’s dwindling water supply and the institutions contributing to the crisis, is already making a big splash — it was nominated for the Grand Jury Prize at the Sundance Film Festival.

“FLOW: For the Love of Water” opens at the Angelika Film Center (18 West Houston St. at Mercer Street in Manhattan) on Sept. 12. Tickets are $12, $8 for seniors or children. For information, call (212) 995-2000 or visit angelikafilmcenter.com or flowthefilm.com.
