Good tidings we bring for you and your kin

The waterfront is aglow for the holidays.

Community cheer and the illumination of a towering timber jumpstarted the glad tidings at the Human Compass Garden, Columbia and Sackett streets, where the young and the young-at-heart ushered in the season of goodwill with Christmas carols, roasted marshmallows and a romp with Santa.

The third annual spectacle was sponsored by merchants on Union and Columbia streets, and hosted by the Carroll Gardens Association.
