Delivery car theft
Three miscreants beat up a food deliveryman and stole his car on Batchelder Street on March 5.
The victim said he was dropping off an order near Avenue T at 8:30 pm when three men punched him in the face and took the food from his hand. They they then got in his Black Honda Accord and drove off towards Ford Street, cops said.
Officers searched for the car but came up empty.
Cash robbery
A good-for-nothing stole cash off a man on Nostrand Avenue on March 7.
The victim said he was near Avenue X at 3:35 pm when the thief came up to him from behind and took $250 from his left pocket before fleeing towards Haring Street.
Jerks rob boy
Two jerks pushed a young teen and stole his bike on E. 19th Street on March 10.
The 13-year-old victim said he was riding his bike near Avenue Z at 3:30 pm when two men came up to him. One said “get off,” pushed him off his two-wheeler, and then fled on Avenue Z with the bike and made a left turn onto Ocean Avenue, according to the police report. The other man fled in the same direction on foot, cops said.
Police said they did not find anything after looking around, but that they will look into footage from nearby cameras.
Home break-in
A punk stole jewelry from an E. 23rd Street house on March 8.
The victim left the house near Avenue X at 5:30 pm and returned at 9:20 pm to find someone had entered through the back bedroom window, officers reported. The thief took diamond earrings, a diamond bracelet, a diamond ring, gold rings, and cash, according to authorities.
