Train gun

Two miscreants robbed a man at the Lafayette Avenue C train station on Aug. 16.

The 28-year-old victim told cops he was on the train at the station near S. Oxford Street at 8 am, when the two crooks approached him, and one displayed a black gun in his waistband. He said the duo then patted him down and stole his wallet and iPhone — though they gave him his passport back.

Bar smacked

Two thugs robbed and beat a man on Tillary Street on Aug. 15.

The 28-year-old victim told cops two guys at a bar asked him if he wanted to hang out. He followed them to their apartment at Navy Street at 3:40 am, where they beat him with a gun and took his wallet, he said.

Biked a bit

Police arrested a man who they say tried to rob a woman on Vanderbilt Avenue on Aug. 17.

The 34-year-old victim told cops she was between DeKalb and Lafayette avenues at 1 am on her way home when the man snuck up behind her on her on a bicycle and tried to steal her purse.

Greed stick

Police arrested a teenager who they say tried to steal deodorant and body sprays from a pharmacy on Myrtle Avenue on Aug. 17.

Representatives from the CVS at Ashland Place told cops that a teenager entered the store at 1:20 pm and attempted to steal $99 worth of Axe deodorant. The 16-year-old also stabbed the security guard who tried to stop him, cops said.

Phoned away

A jerk stole a cellphone from a man on Washington Avenue on Aug. 17 — and threatened to shoot the victim when he fought back.

The 21-year-old victim told cops he was at Lafayette Avenue at 10:05 pm when the crook grabbed his iPhone from his hands. After the victim pushed the jerk, the crook put his hands into his pocket and simulated a gun, threatening, “I’ll shoot you.”

Sub-dued

A crook robbed a woman on the 4 train at the Atlantic Avenue station on Aug. 18.

The 30-year-old victim told cops she attempted to leave the train at the station near Flatbush Avenue at 8:15 pm when the crook blocked the door and said, “Sit down.” The victim said he took $135 from her wallet and fled.

The what?

A thief entered an apartment on Carlton Avenue sometime between Aug. 11 and 13 and stole a pretty plain object.

The 29-year-old victim told cops that the crook entered her apartment between DeKalb and Lafayette avenues through the window sometime between 1 pm on Aug. 11 and 10 pm on Aug. 13, and made away with a $10 wooden dowel.

Stuffed

A crook broke into a car on St. Felix Street on Aug. 14, and stole $4,000 worth of equipment.

The 40-year-old victim told cops he left his car between DeKalb Avenue and Fulton Street at 4:30 pm, returning at 5:15 pm to find his belongings missing.

Parked and wrecked

A thief robbed a Parks Department vehicle on Park Avenue of more than $1,000 in electronics on Aug. 15.

A representative from the department told cops he left the car parked at St. Edwards Street at 11:50 am, and returned five minutes later to find a window broken and $1,450 worth of electronics gone.

House heist

A crook robbed a house on Adelphi Street of more than $9,000 in electronics on Aug. 15.

The victim told cops he left his place between DeKalb and Willoughby avenues at 1:30 pm, and returned at 7:45 pm to find $9,000 worth of electronics gone. Police say the crook entered through a basement door.

Bike by grab

A crook on a bike stole a man’s cellphone on S. Elliott Place on Aug. 13.

The 31-year-old victim told cops he was between DeKalb and Lafayette avenues at 1:34 am when the jerk rode by on a bicycle, and snatched his phone.

Major heist

A thief made away with an expensive piece of equipment from a construction site on Atlantic Avenue sometime overnight on Aug. 12.

Representatives from the construction company told cops that they left the site at 3 pm on Aug. 12, returning at 7:30 am the next day to find their Bobcat T-300 Track Skid Steer — valued at $90,000 — gone.

Car broke

Thieves broke into a car parked on Willoughby Street on Aug. 13, and left with the owner’s electronics.

The 22-year-old victim told cops he parked his car at St. Edwards Street at 7 pm, returning three hours later to find his laptop, iPad, and two cameras gone from his trunk.

Shopped and screwed

A crook stole electronics from a car on South Oxford Street on Aug. 14.

The 22-year-old victim left her car at Atlantic Avenue at 6:15 pm to go shopping, and returned 45 minutes later to find some electronics missing from her car.

Car rob

A crook broke into a car on S. Elliott Place on Aug. 17, and stole the owner’s gadgets.

The 50-year-old victim told cops he parked his car between Hanson Place and South Portland Avenue at 4 pm to drop groceries off for his mother, returning 25 minutes later to find his tablet and computer gone.

Victoria’s swipe

A crook stole a woman’s wallet at the Atlantic Terminal Mall on Aug. 18.

The 55-year-old victim told cops she left her wallet on the counter of the Victoria’s Secret in the Flatbush Avenue mall at 12:13 pm, returning two minutes later to find it gone.

Moto-theft

A crook stole a motorcycle parked on Willoughby Avenue overnight on Aug. 12 and 13.

The 37-year-old victim told cops he left his bike at Clinton Avenue at 1 pm, returning at 2:30 am the next day to find his ride home gone.

Mazda’s walk

A thief stole a car parked on Cambridge Place on Aug. 15.

The 27-year-old victim told cops she left her car between Greene and Gates avenues at 10:30 am, returning at 2 pm to find it gone.
