Gunmen shoot man and steal his pot and cash

Home invasion

Two reprobates shot a man and robbed him in his W. 25th Street home on Jan. 6.

The victim told cops that the villains approached him in his apartment near Mermaid Avenue at 11:40 pm and one of them pulled out a gun and shot him in the left upper arm.

They then stole marijuana and cash from the victim and fled the scene, police reported.

Paramedics rushed the man to Lutheran Hospital, according to the authorities.

Bag snatcher

Cops cuffed a man for allegedly robbing a woman at knifepoint on Brighton Fourth Street on Jan. 8.

The victim told authorities she was walking near Brighton Fourth Road just before 1:30 pm when the suspect jumped out of a black car and pointed a knife at her. He then snatched her purse off her shoulder, according to police.

The man then allegedly drove off towards Neptune Avenue, cops said.

Police cuffed the man two days later at W. Eighth Street near Lake Place at 4 pm, a spokesman for the authorities said.

Box-cutter bandit

A punk robbed a man at knifepoint on W. Fifth Street on Jan. 8.

The victim told cops he was near Surf Avenue at 10:10 pm when the attacker pulled a box-cutter on him and yanked a gold bracelet and cash from him before making a run for it towards the Riegelmann Boardwalk.

Rowdy juvenile

Police arrested a teen for allegedly attacking faculty at an Ocean Parkway school on Jan. 11.

The girl allegedly refused to give the dean her identification at the school near Shore Parkway at 10 am, and when another person came to assist the dean, the girl allegedly grabbed that person’s hair and punched her several times in the face, causing swelling to her right eye, cheek, and scalp, according to police.

The student also allegedly kicked another person in the right knee, causing bruising, swelling, and discomfort to her knee, the authorities said.

Paramedics rushed both victims to Coney Island Hospital, according to police.
