Mother choker!

Cops arrested a man they suspect of choking a woman on York Street on Sept. 9.

The victim told police she was arguing with the suspect after her kid bit his child near Gold Street at 3:30 p.m., when he grabbed her neck and strangled her.

Police caught up with the man two hours later at the same location and arrested him on felony assault charges, according to the authorities.

Subway slasher

A villain slashed a man on the subway near the High Street station on Sept. 15.

The victim told police he was brawling with the fiend, when the wretch pulled out a small pocket knife and stabbed him several times in his arm and armpit at around 1:20 a.m., according to the authorities.

The wounded straphanger fled into another train car, before getting off at Lafayette Avenue and taking a rideshare to Brooklyn Hospital for treatment, according to police.

Diner delinquent

A thief stole an employee’s handbag at a Montague Street restaurant on Sept. 10.

The victim told police that she left her bag in the storage room of the eatery between Clinton and Henry streets at noon, only to discover someone had nabbed it when she went to close the joint that evening.

The scofflaw bag snatcher spent more than $700 on a subway ticket vending machine in Manhattan with the victim’s card, according to police.

Vestibule villain

A bandit stole a bike and packages from a Washington Avenue apartment building on Sept. 3.

The victim told police that the lout broke into the building’s vestibule near Park Avenue and looted the place at around 4:30 a.m., before bolting,

Purse snatcher

Some scalawag snatched a woman’s purse on Fourth Avenue on Sept. 14.

The victim told police that the prowler grabbed her bag and fled the scene between Pacific and Dean streets at 10 p.m.
