Not so sweet

Some hot-head threw a fit inside a Fifth Avenue bodega on June 20, hurling candy racks and a glass display to the ground.

The victim told police he was behind the register at the store between 12th and 13th streets at 4:50 pm when the bozo walked in and demanded a refund on a pack of cigarettes he’d already opened.

When the deli guy refused, the disgruntled patron went ballistic started tossing the goods around, cops said.

Wingin’ it

Police arrested a 19-year-old guy who they say treated himself to an ill-gotten dinner at a Flatbush Avenue wings joint on June 23.

The suspect sat down to order at the restaurant between Atlantic and Lafayette avenues at 8:15 pm, then gorged himself on $74 worth of chicken wings and sides over the course of the next half-hour, before trying to pay with a bogus credit card, police said.

The suspect was found with “forged instruments” in his possession at the time of his arrest, cops said.

Locker looter

A thief pilfered a stadium employee’s locker on Atlantic Avenue on June 6.

The victim told police that she had $245 and an unlimited ride MetroCard in her locker between Flatbush Avenue and Fort Greene Place when she started her midnight shift, but both were missing when she went to clock out.

Inside job

Cops busted an employee of a Flatbush Avenue department store who they say cleaned out the business’s safe sometime between June 11 and June 21.

A rep for the store between Atlantic and Lafayette avenues told police that the suspect took advantage of his position at the retailer to loot a register to the tune of $5,060, according to a report.

Grocery grab

Authorities collared a 32-year-old man for allegedly ripping off an Atlantic Avenue grocery store on June 14.

An employee from the store between Fort Greene Place and S. Portland Avenue told police that he spotted the suspect attempting to sneak out with $123 worth of unpaid goods at 10:30 pm.
