Hairless hood

A bald-headed bad guy mugged a 29-year-old woman as she walked home from her boyfriend’s apartment on Aug. 22.

The vicious hoodlum knocked the woman to the ground at around 6 am on Leonard Street between Withers and Jackson streets, leaving her with a bloody lip.

Once she was on the ground, the thug grabbed her purse and fled, escaping with a brown leather wallet, Razor cellphone, paycheck, Nine West purse, passport and insurance card.

Choked out!

A mugger strangled his 29-year-old victim until he passed out on Aug. 20 — then robbed him of everything he had.

The crook put his victim in a chokehold at the corner of Union Avenue and Frost Street at around 7 am as he walked home from his girlfriend’s apartment.

“Give me what you got,” the crook demanded as he cut off his victim’s air supply.

The victim forked over his iPhone before losing consciousness.

When he awoke, he had two lacerations across his face and was missing $30, his credit cards, bank cards, a checkbook, an iPod, keys, and a Brooklyn Industries messenger bag.

Family affair

Cops caught two men suspected of mugging an uncle and his nephew as they walked home from the train station on Aug. 18.

The suspected hoodlums — and three or four accomplices — confronted the relatives at the corner of Withers Street and Woodpoint Road at around 9:40 pm.

The crooks got away with the uncle’s shirt, reading glasses, sunglasses, keys, credit cards, wallet, and digital camera, but cops nabbed a 21-year-old and a 17-year-old suspect later that night.

Pearly swipe

A hoodlum pilfered jewelry from a Huron Street apartment while the victim was on vacation in Maine.

The crook struck between Aug. 10 and 16, escaping with three pearl rings and $20 worth of pennies.

There were no signs of forced entry, cops said, and a dog walker was the only person who has access to the apartment, which is between Manhattan Avenue and McGuinness Boulevard.

A sad song

Thieves stole a video camera and three lenses from a music video shoot on Aug. 17.

The hoodlums snatched the Canon equipment —valued at about $11,000 — from the sidewalk on North 12 Street near Kent Avenue between 6 and 8 pm,

Purse-jacking

A gang of female crooks snatched a 22-year-old woman’s purse on Aug. 19 — but all they got in the end was a pair of matching police-issued silver bracelets.

The thieves grabbed the bag at around 10 pm as the victim walked past the corner of Leonard and Withers Street, and fled with the her IDs and $16.

But cops caught an 18-year-old, a 17-year-old and a 13-year-old later that night.

McCarren theft

Thieves stole a man’s backpack as he tossed a Frisbee in McCarren Park on Aug. 21.

The crook grabbed the victim’s Northface bag from a spot near the corner of Lorimer Street and Bedford Avenue at around 11:30 am, and escaped from the park with the victim’s cellphone, Kenneth Cole wallet, bankcards, IDs, J. Crew sweater, and $120.

Window shop(lifting)!

Lock your windows Williamsburg and Greenpoint residents! Burglars entered at least five North Brooklyn apartments through windows last week. Here are the eye-opening details:

• Crooks climbed through an unlocked window to grab a Mac laptop from an apartment on North Eighth Street between Wythe and Kent avenues, on Aug 17 between 9 am and 9 pm.

• Burglars got into a single-family home on Havemeyer Street near North Ninth Street through an unlocked rear window, between 8:30 am on Aug. 20, and 3 am the next day. Once inside, they grabbed a Nikon digital camera, a Playstation 3, four power drills, and various electronic cables.

• Crooks snuck through a partly open bedroom window to ransack an apartment on North Fourth Street between Berry Street and Wythe Avenue, on Aug. 23 between 1 and 3 pm. While the victim was on the phone in the basement, they grabbed $350, two necklaces and an electric razor.

• Hoodlums pried open a kitchen window to get into an apartment on Huron Street between Manhattan Avenue and Franklin Street, between 8 pm on Aug. 23 and 2 am the next day, snatching a Playstation 3, a TV remote and four video games.

• Burglars climbed through a bedroom window to get into an apartment on Withers Street between Union Avenue and Lorimer Street, on Aug. 23 between 2:15 and 11 pm, snatching a Mac computer, a Nintendo Wii, four pairs of underwear, and $5.McCarren theft
