Carroll Gardens morphed into a spooktastic haven of frightful fun as revelers put on the dog and headed for the PAL Miccio Center for a Halloween hobnob.
Trick-or-treaters enjoyed an afternoon of festive frolics at the bustling community facility, 110 West 9th Street, where the young and the young-at-heart enjoyed a day of seasonal treats, including a haunted house in the basement, face-painting and a costume parade.
