Snatched

Un-safe

Mom always said

The 84-year-old woman, who lives near 23rd Avenue, was chatting with a female perp when the victim’s daughter became suspicious and approached the young woman. The perp then yelled towards her partner, who had been hiding inside the house, and ran off.
Nothing was taken.
Free-wheelin’
