Police are searching for the lowlife who dragged a 12-year-old girl into a Stillwell Avenue alley and mugged her on Nov. 21.

The cad grabbed the girl by the neck from behind at 3:35 pm between Neptune and Mermaid avenues, pulled her into a nearby alley, and punched her in the face before fleeing with her groceries and a mere $3, said police.

The girl suffered bruising to her face, officials said.

Cops say the 15-year-old suspect was last seen wearing a hoodie, shirt, and jeans — all of which were black. He also wore a black book bag with a colorful pattern, officials said.

The investigation is ongoing.

Police are asking anyone with information regarding the incident to call Crime Stoppers at (800) 577–8477. The public can also submit tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers website at www.nypdcrimestoppers.com or by texting tips to 274637 (CRIMES) then entering TIP577.
