Here’s your weekend on the rails

Just the facts, folks, just the facts. We report ’em, and you hopefully take ’em seriously. Do consider the irregular and perhaps irrational service changes on the subways these weekends in Brooklyn.

A: Manhattan-bound trains are rerouted via the F line from Jay Street–Metrotech to West Fourth street, from 10:45 pm on Friday to 5 am on Monday. Queens-bound trains run express from Hoyt–Schermerhorn Station to Utica Avenue, from 11:45 pm to 6:30 am, Friday to Sunday and 11:45 pm Sunday to 5 am Monday.

C: Manhattan-bound trains are rerouted on the F line from Jay Street–Metrotech to West Fourth Street and Euclid Avenue-bound trains run express from Hoyt–Schermerhorn Station to Utica Avenue, both from 6:30 am to 11 pm, Saturday and Sunday.

J: No trains between Crescent Street and Jamaica Center, from 5:30 am to 10 pm Sunday.

M: Service is suspended from 11:45 pm to 5 am Monday. Free shuttle buses operate between Metropolitan and Myrtle avenues.

Q: Coney Island-bound trains run express from Prospect Park to Kings Highway, from 11:15 pm on Friday to 5 am on Monday.
