Before the summer months slip away, families in search of artistic and recreational refreshment can take advantage of Bank of America’s “Museum on Us” program, August 2-3. The program provides an opportunity to visit more than 70 leading cultural institutions across the United States, including museums, historical sites and science centers, on the first weekend of each month for free.
Area institutions participating in the promotion include the Bronx Zoo, New York Aquarium, International Center of Photography, The Jewish Museum, The Metropolitan Museum of Art and the New York Hall of Science.
Customers may simply present their Bank of America ATM, check or credit card to gain free general admission to any participating institution. Photo ID may be required. This offer is valid the first weekend of each month now until April 30, 2009.
