Out strolled
Police arrested a man for allegedly beating his wife with a baby stroller inside their West 27th Street home on June 14.
The victim told police her husband hurled the child carrier at her inside their apartment near Surf Avenue at around 10 p.m., leaving marks on her left forearm and right cheek.
Emergency workers treated the victim at the scene, and police cuffed the husband on a felony assault charge, according to police.
Ruff day
Three bandits robbed a man as he walked his dog on 28th Avenue on June 13.
The victim told police the crooks surrounded him between Cropsey and Harway avenues at 10:40 p.m., before reaching into his pockets and grabbing $50.

Cops arrested a woman for allegedly punching her 84-year-old grandfather on Ocean Parkway on June 11.
The victim told police his 38-year-old granddaughter punched him three times inside his home near Bay 50th Street at 4 p.m.
Paramedics rushed the victim to a nearby hospital for treatment, and the suspect was arrested for felony assault, cops said.
Rude awakening
Cops arrested a man for allegedly stabbing his wife as she slept inside her West 23 Street home on June 15.
The husband left a puncture wound in his wife’s neck inside their apartment between Neptune and Mermaid avenues, cops said.
Paramedics arrived later to remove the blade, and the suspect was arrested on a felony assault charge, according to police.
