Dog, bite man!
Police arrested a 51-year-old for allegedly ordering his pet bulldog to attack a man on Warren Street on Nov. 21.
The suspect is accused of ordering the pooch to pounce on the victim at 6 pm between Court and Smith streets, according to documents from the District Attorney’s office.
“Sic ’em!” the perp allegedly said just before the attack, which left the victim suffering from a bite on the arm.
The suspect faces charges of assault, menacing, criminal possession of a weapon, and harassment.

Two crooks stole beer from a Columbia Street bodega on Nov. 21 — and threatened the shopkeeper at gunpoint, investigators say.
The duo entered the convenience store at the corner of Huntington Street at 3:40 pm, retrieved two beers from a refrigerator, and placed them on the counter, according to records from the District Attorney’s office.
That’s when one of the bandits pointed to his waistband — revealing what appeared to be a gun.
The fearless clerk grabbed the two beers and placed them behind the counter, but that didn’t deter the crooks.
Cops say the thieves returned to the fridge, picked up two more beers, and left the shop — with one of them pointing at his waistband on the way out.
Police later cuffed two suspects, ages 37 and 40.

Officers locked up a suspect accused of refusing to return another man cellphone — then attacking the guy and his car with a crowbar on Visitation Place on Nov. 20.
The violent confrontation began at around 6:45 pm between Van Brunt and Richards streets, when the victim asked for his phone back, according to the District Attorney’s office.
The 25-year-old suspect allegedly said no, then began punching the victim in the face. Investigators claim the suspect then grabbed a crowbar, struck the victim in the arm as he tried to block the attack, then went after the man’s Chevy Caprice, targeting the trunk and left rear tail light.
