It’s Blarney, Brooklyn style, as Irish fest steps in

Coney Island morphed into Coney Ire-land as Brooklynites donned their shamrocks and united for two days of blarney and merriment at KeySpan Park for the Great Irish fair.

The emerald home to the Brooklyn Cyclones, 1904 Surf Avenue, teemed with frolickers as festivities for the annual spectacle drew mom, dad and the kids to hail their national pride with a celebration of all things Irish.

Vendors hawked traditional foods and wares, while dancers and strolling performers provided the entertainment.
