Landmark status for ‘Ma Bell’ on Bridge Street

Area dignitaries joined members of the business community to designate an “architectural masterpiece” as a city landmark in Downtown Brooklyn.

The New York Landmark Preservation Commission hosted a dedication ceremony at BellTel Lofts, 365 Bridge Street, where a distinguished roster of local notables helped hail the 27−story Art Deco gem, located steps from the tree−lined MetroTech Commons, as a local milepost.
