A lout struck a guy with a metal pipe multiple times on Brighton Beach Avenue on Sept. 15.
The victim told police that the brute struck him in the head, causing lacerations and lumps on his forehead, near Brighton Fourth Street at 1:15 am.
The victim was brought to Lutheran Medical Center, according to cops.
Beach Ave. burglary
A burglar looted a man’s Ocean Parkway apartment on Sept. 16.
The intruder entered through the victim’s bedroom window, breaking the lock, near Brighton Beach Avenue at 2 pm, according to police.
The victim told police when he left his apartment, he only used the bottom lock, but when he returned, he had to unlock the top lock, too.
Guess who did it
A sneak stole watches and money from a man’s Beach 47th Street on Sept. 15.
The victim told police that he went out with friends and when he returned to his home near Surf Avenue at 9 pm he noticed that someone had entered his apartment and stolen a Guess watch, a Pierre Cardin watch, and money.
The police said that the screen to the second-floor stairwell window that leads to the fire escape was pushed out, along with the victim’s kitchen window, which he said he left open.
Kate Spade sneak
Someone stole a woman’s wallet from an office on W. 15th Street on Sept. 10.
The victim told officers she left her Kate Spade wallet with debit cards and other items unattended in an empty office near Neptune Avenue at 1:32 pm. A witness saw someone enter the room twice before the victim discovered her wallet was gone, according to police.
Caught in the act
Police arrested a woman who they say stole valuables from another woman’s car parked on Brighton Third Street on Sept. 11.
The suspect was stopped by police when officers reportedly noticed her taking the victim’s debit card, money, and men’s cologne from her car near Ocean View Avenue at 6:30 pm, according to cops.
Tool thieves
Two bandits stole tools from an unsecured job site on Bayview Avenue on Sept. 14.
The two men stole measuring tape, pliers, and other construction tools from the site near W. 33rd Street.
Two witnesses told police they saw two possible suspects leaving the site with two shopping carts full of wires heading towards Neptune Avenue at 6:30 pm.
They chased the men along Kaiser Park but lost site of them at a school, according to police.
