The two men were arguing at 6 pm when suspect Cecilio Lopez pulled a knife and lunged, allegedly stabbing victim Jose Aceituno in the torso and arm.

Paramedics rushed Aceituno to Kings County Hospital, where he died of his injuries.

Cops charged Lopez with murder and criminal possession of a weapon.

After they were showed the candy, the thieves shoved a worker aside, scooped some of the chocolate up, and ran off with it.

The thieves returned at 2:15 pm —- this time demanding Pringles — before robbing the store of candy and cash.
