A man died when he was struck by a subway station in Brighton Beach on the morning of Sept. 7 in an apparent suicide, police said.
A witness observed the man jump to his death in front of the Manhattan-bound Q train at the Ocean Parkway station shortly before 9 am, according to a police spokeswoman.
The 33-year-old Brooklyn man was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
His black-leather dress shoes were found on the street below the elevated train tracks.
