Man killed in grisly hit-and-run

A 58-year-old man was killed on Jan. 26 after being hit by two cars on Coney Island Avenue in Midwood.

Police said Noah Foxman, a father of three, was attempting to cross near Avenue K shortly after 9 pm when a gray van clipped him.

Foxman fell to the pavement, but didn’t appear to be seriously harmed.

Witnesses told police that Foxman was getting up when a second vehicle, described as a light-colored sedan, mowed him down.

Paramedics rushed Foxman to Coney Island Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.

No criminal charges are being filed against the van driver, who pulled over to lend assistance following the first accident.

The sedan that killed Foxman never stopped — and has yet to be found, police said.
