Side swipe

An auto stripper swiped a side view mirror from a 2002 BMW parked on Pacific Street on June 27 — right in front of its owner!

The 20-year-old victim told police that he actually witnessed the thief clip the wires to the motorized mirror between Vanderbilt and Underhill avenues and jump into a getaway car.

Pistol pursued

A gun-toting goon chased a 21-year-old on Vanderbilt Avenue on June 23 in a bizarre attempt to test his courage.

The victim told police that he was near Prospect Place at 9:50 pm when the stranger charged him with a gun in his hand, screaming, “I’m going to play the p—y test with you!”

The victim immediately ducked behind a parked car — apparently failing the test.

The gunman ran off.

Taxi touch

A frisky taxi driver sexually assaulted a 25-year-old woman as he dropped her off at an Eastern Parkway address on June 28.

The victim was exiting the yellow cab between Classon and Franklin avenues at 1:50 am when the driver jumped out and allegedly grabbed her breasts.

He then pulled the woman closer, but she shoved him away and ran off.

Beaten down

A heavy-handed thug attacked a 15-year-old on June 28, leaving his victim hospitalized.

The teen told police that he was on Prospect Place between Grand and Classon avenues at 9 pm when the assailant attacked him for no apparent reason.

Dead taco

A nimble-fingered thief made off with a woman’s handbag as she ate at the Taqueria De Los Muertos on Washington Avenue on June 28.

The 28-year-old victim told police that she was inside the eatery between St. Marks and Prospect Place at 8:50 pm when someone lifted her bag right off her chair.

Welcome home
