Monday musing: Would you vote for Anthony Weiner if he ran for office again?

Former Rep. Anthony Weiner may have left office in disgrace earlier this year, but with 32 votes, he got more write-in votes than any other candidate the special election to fill his seat.

Disgraced sexting Rep. Anthony Weiner has been back in the news, telling People magazine that he’s happy being Mr. Mom to his six-month-old son Jordan even though he’s sitting on nearly $4.5 million in campaign contributions for the mayoral run he was forced to abandon when he was literally caught with his pants down.

Weiner resigned from office last June, claiming that he wanted to focus on repairing his relationship with wife, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton aide Huma Abedin, but political insiders who lovingly call Weiner the “Midwood Mouth” for his famed tirades against the GOP agenda say he’s primed and ready for a comeback.

That said, would you vote for Weiner if he ran for office again?
