A crook stole an iPhone from a man who was using the device to listen to music while waiting for the southbound 4 train at the Nevins Street station on March 24, police said.

The thief snatched the white earbuds and phone out of the victim’s hands at around 5:50 pm, and ran down Dekalb Avenue.

Courting trouble

A 16-year-old defendant being arraigned in Brooklyn Criminal Court on Schermerhorn Street was arrested again after assaulting an officer with a computer screen on March 22, police say.

The suspect alleged punched a computer screen at 11:45 pm inside the courthouse between Smith Street and Boerum Place, causing the electronic device to strike the officer’s right eye.

Investigators claim the defendant then flailed and punched the officer, who was taken to Long Island College Hospital for treatment.

Hard hats on

Cops cuffed a 35-year-old man accused of hitting someone over the head with an unknown object at a construction site on March 19.

The attack occurred on Bridge Street near Willoughby Street at 3:35 pm, leaving the victim with two gashes on the top of his head.

Don’t be a hero

Two bandits robbed a fast food sub shop on Willoughby Street near Pearl Street on March 22, making off with $1,000, police said.

One of the thieves pulled a gun at 8:30 pm and demanded a worker to empty the cash register.

The employee complied and the crooks fled.

Gym rat

A thief snatched a cellphone and a wallet from a gym-goer’s locker on Atlantic Avenue on March 23.

The crook grabbed the valuables as the victim exercised at the facility near Court Street at around 6 pm.

Bagged

Cops cuffed a man accused of slapping a woman and stealing her bag on March 24.

The 31-year-old suspect alleged smacked the A 31-year-old man was arrested for slapping a woman and stealing her bag at the corner of Pacific Street and Fourth Avenue on Mar. 24 at 1 am, police said.
