Nothing but bright ideas from Green School Alliance

Brooklyn brothers Robert Wisniewski, 10, and Grant Wisniewski, 8 (pictured), of Public School 236 were given the opportunity to present their concept of energy conservation during the NYC Earth Day Fair at Grand Central Terminal for the Green School Alliance.

The boys developed the “Think Green” energy decals, which they designed to apply to light switch plates when exiting a room, so as to remind oneself to switch off the lights and power accessories.

Thousands of New Yorkers were in attendance, and the money raised by the boys for the decals through donations was donated to the Green School Alliance.
