Police arrested an allegedly reckless driver who they say nearly hit a woman’s car and then spat at her on Flatlands Avenue on Sept. 20.

The victim told police that she was driving near E. Eighth Street at 1:30 pm when the suspect swerved in front of her, nearly causing a collision. Instead of apologizing, however, the suspect ran up and started screaming at the victim, before spitting at her through her window, cops said.
