Run over

Police arrested a man who they say sped off after he allegedly ran over a cop with an all-terrain vehicle on Hicks Street on Sept. 17.

Authorities said the suspect was riding his unregistered Yamaha vehicle near Old Fulton Street at 5:15 pm, causing cars to swerve to avoid a collision. The suspect then smashed into the officer responding to the trouble, causing him to loose control of his two-wheeled police scooter and fall on the pavement.

The suspect then ran over the cop with his vehicle, making no effort to avoid the officer as he was lying on the ground, according to a report. Police later apprehended the suspect, who they say was also in possession of marijuana, in Bedford-Stuyvesant.

Followed

A trio of teenage goons robbed a 14-year-old boy at knifepoint on Dean Street on Sept. 13.

Police said the three baddies followed the victim to his doorstep as he was walking home from the Bergen Street train station at 3:15 pm. One of the nogoodniks snarled, “Give me your f—— phone or I’ll shoot you,” and proceeded to take a knife out of his hoodie, according to a report. The victim then handed over his phone and the louts fled, authorities said.

Wallet woes

An opportunistic thief swiped a student’s wallet from a table at MetroTech Center on Sept. 13.

The pupil told authorities he was studying in the library near Jay Street at 5 pm and left his wallet on the table for a minute while he walked away. But when he returned, it had vanished, said a report.

Expensive wheels

Some sneak stole a pricey bicycle chained up on Bergen Street on Sept. 12.

The owner had locked up his Gray VanMoof two-wheeler near Court Street, but when he returned to give it a ride at 7 pm, it was gone, said authorities.

Sports sneaks

A crew of teenagers stole assorted jerseys and shirts from an Atlantic Avenue store on Sept. 16.

The shopkeeper told police he was helping other customers when several of the filchers wearing sport jerseys removed the duds and fled.
