The “Old Boys of Summer” – a group of seasoned minor league baseball players between 50 and 70 years old – marched to the Prospect Park Parade Ground, Parkside Avenue between Coney Island Avenue and Parade Place last week for a special sandlot skirmish against the front office staff of the Brooklyn Cyclones.

“The Boys of Brooklyn” chronicles the history of baseball at the Parade Grounds.
