Thirteen fifth graders locked academic horns over tongue-twisters at the annual literacy contest held in the auditorium of the school, East 63rd Street and Avenue U, and won by Rishika Avvari, who will represent her school at the Integrated Service Center (ISC)-sponsored spelling bee in the New Year.
