Pistoleer sought

An area man has been connected to a pistol-whipping and robbery in Brooklyn Heights, officials said.

Police said that 32-year-old Tommy Hairston, a resident of George Street, was being sought for questioning on the September 3 robbery.

A 67-year-old man said that he was exiting his vehicle on Pierrepont Street just before 9 p.m. when Hairston allegedly ran up to him with a gun in his hand.

Hairston demanded that the victim hand over a bag he was carrying containing money.

When the victim refused, he allegedly pistol-whipped the victim.

Hairston was last seen fleeing the area in a white-colored automobile. The car was later recovered in East New York, although Hairston could not be found.

His victim was taken to New York Methodist Hospital with a large cut to his face.

Cops are asking anyone with information regarding this incident to come forward.

Two men were injured following an attack at a Manhattan Avenue nightclub.

Officials said that the two victims, ages 21 and 22, were outside the club near Kent Street at 1:30 a.m. on November 8 when they had words with 22-year-old Anthony Gonzalez and 21-year-old Kevin Colon.

Both men allegedly beat the victims and struck them in the head with bottles.

One of the victims fell unconscious, but that didn’t stop the two suspects, who allegedly kicked him in the head, breaking his nose.

Gonzalez and Colon were taken into custody after a brief investigation, charged with assault, menacing and harassment.

A 24-year-old man returned to his Grand Street apartment last week to discover that someone had swiped his MacBook.

The victim said that he had left his apartment between Leonard Street and Manhattan Avenue at 6 p.m. on November 7.

Sometime during the night two thieves snuck in and took the MacBook, as well as an iPod Touch, police learned.

Investigators said that this was one of nine computer thefts that took place in the area last week.

Other thefts occurred on South 1st Street, South 3rd Street and Lorimer Street, officials said.

Police are looking for two Halloween hooligans who attacked a 52-year-old man after belting out “Trick or Treat!”

The victim told police that he was waiting for his girlfriend in the lobby of a Maujer Street building near Humboldt Street at 10:15 p.m. on All Hallow’s Eve when the two unidentified suspects tapped him on the shoulder.

They asked their question, then struck the victim in the head with a piece of wood, officials said.

Police are asking area residents for any information about a sex attack in nearby Greenpoint.

Officials said that a 25-year-old woman was sexually assaulted at 4:30 a.m. on October 20 at the corner of Diamond Street and Nassau Avenue.

The woman’s attacker was described as a 5’8”, 185-pound Hispanic male wearing blue jeans, a dark T-shirt and sporting a mustache.

Armed with a sketch, police are continuing their search for the assailant before he strikes again.

Cops are looking for a silver-tongued devil who complimented an area woman on her looks before demanding her money and phone.

The victim told police that she was nearing the corner of Morgan and Johnson avenues at 6:40 a.m. on October 26 when the stranger walked up to her.

“Girl, you look nice today,” the man exclaimed.

But this happy encounter ended on a dark note.

Without skipping a beat, the thief demanded her property and stormed off with the loot, police said.
