An 18-year-old man was arrested for beating and robbing a man on Flatbush Avenue on Aug. 25.
The victim told police that he was near Woodruff Avenue at 6 pm when the suspect and four accomplices began beating him, before taking his iPhone, hat, and watch — which were altogether valued at $700.
Slugger
Police arrested a 27-year-old man who they say beat a man with a baseball bat on Church Avenue on Aug. 16.
The victim told police that he was between Bedford and Flatbush avenues at 6:45 pm when the suspect began beating him with the bat, leaving him with two broken fingers, a fractured knee, and more than a few bruises.
Screw you
A 20-year-old man was arrested for brutally stabbing a man with a screwdriver on Avenue H on Aug. 22.
The victim told police that he was between E. 16th and E. 17th streets at 5:45 pm when the suspect stabbed him in the chest with the screwdriver. The wound caused air and blood to enter the victim’s chest cavity, cops said.
