What a tool: This good-for-nothing allegedly attacked a 64-year-old man with a hammer in Brooklyn Heights before stealing his cell phone on Dec. 20, police said.

Cops are searching for a hammer-wielding fiend and his wanton accomplice wanted for pulverizing a guy with the tool in Boerum Hill on Dec. 20.

The brute then grabbed the victim’s cellphone and fled with a female accomplice, authorities said.

Emergency responders rushed the victim to New York Methodist Hospital, where doctors treated him for a broken jaw, according to a report.
