Two teenagers were arrested for allegedly attacking a man and a woman riding on a bicycle on N. Eighth Street on July 8 — and then stealing their backpack.

One of the two victims told the county district attorney’s office that they were riding between Driggs Avenue and Roebling Street at 2:40 am when one teen lunged at them, pulling the pair off the bicycle. He then grabbed their backpack and ran off with another teen who had been acting as lookout.
