Tough guy

Cops cuffed a guy who they say assaulted a man and stole his phone and cash from his pockets on Lawrence Street on July 23.

The 37-year-old victim told police he was walking with his girlfriend near Fulton Street at about 8 pm when the suspect and four other goons came up to them and demanded she hand over cash.

The victim told the five suspects to get lost, but they followed the couple, according to police. The victim called 911 and the suspects started assaulting him, pushed him to the ground, and grabbed his Samsung, $180, and a key out of his pockets, officials said. Police arrested one 33-year-old in connection to the crime.

Long-distance call

Police arrested a guy for allegedly punching a man and stealing his phone on a subway near Willoughby Street on July 28.

The 25-year-old victim told cops he was riding a Brooklyn-bound A train near Jay Street at about 11:15 am when he dropped his Samsung Galaxy. The victim asked the suspect for it back, but he punched him in the face, according to authorities. The suspect then hurled the phone across the street and fled, officials said.

Snake in the subway

A wretch threatened a guy with a knife inside a subway station near Willoughby Street on July 24, police said.

The 49-year-old victim was walking down the stairs inside the station near Jay Street at about 5 pm when he made eye contact with the creep, who said, “Why are you watching me?” police said.

The rogue then pulled out a knife, scratched the victim on his right bicep, and fled the station, according to authorities.

Caught

Cops arrested a guy for allegedly smashing a person with a pole on Lawrence Street on July 25.

The suspect struck the victim in the head with a metal pole near Fulton Street at about 11 am, according to authorities. Paramedics took the victim to Brooklyn Hospital, officials said.

Keys please!

Some malefactor swiped a guy’s set of keys and packages from his State Street building on July 28, police said.

The 55-year-old victim told cops on July 25 that the crook entered the lobby of his building near Flatbush Avenue at about 6:30 pm and ran out with his keys. The baddie then came back about half an hour later and stole five Amazon packages from the mailroom, according to authorities.

Dude, where’s my car?

A knave stole a woman’s car parked on Sands Street sometime overnight on July 23, police said.

The 26-year-old victim told cops she had parked her 2009 BMW with New York plates near Gold Street at about 3 pm, and when she went back to get it the next day at about 5 pm, it was gone, according to authorities.
