Police arrested a woman who they say bit a man on the arm on 17th Avenue on Feb. 13, said police.
The man told police that he knows the woman and that the two were in his apartment between 71st and 72nd streets at 4 am when she became irate. The woman smashed a dish over his head, punched him multiple times, and bit his right arm, said authorities.
The man called 911 multiple times before police arrived and arrested the woman, officials said.
Beer bash
Two toughs beat a man with a beer bottle on 62nd Street on Feb. 12, said police.
The man told police that one of the bruisers smashed the bottle into his forehead between 15th and 16th avenues at 12:45 am.
The other lout punched the man in his right side and shoulder before officers on the scene arrested the pair, authorities said.
Unholy caper
A sinner swiped a golden cross from St. Athanasius Church on Bay Parkway on Feb. 7, said police.
A church official told police he closed the place of worship between 61st and 62nd streets at 3:30 pm on Feb. 7 and when he returned at 6 am the next day, he discovered a broken window and the missing cross.
A bloody towel was also found at the scene, officials said.
Park marauders
Three ruffians stabbed and robbed a man playing soccer in Cropsey Park near 21st Avenue on Feb. 7, said police.
The man told police the three louts approached him at 9 pm and demanded cash and his cellphone and stated, “Give me your wallet and your phone, I have a gun.”
The man forked over his belongings, but one of the goons stabbed the man in the hand and then pushed him to the ground, police said.
The trio fled on foot, officials said.
