A witness told cops he saw a man leaving the building, which is near Court Street, at around 7:05 pm, hunched over and carrying a shopping bag. The 49-year-old victim said the boob, who had a noticable hump akin to Quasimodo, made off with the contents of her parcel, videos worth $150.
