Big-hearted boroughites made a beeline for St. Patrick’s School, where they rocked out with a stellar crop of music-makers to help raise money for children who face challenges in daily life.
The April 17 benefit for people with autism featured a sweet medley from headliners “Holy Grail” — featuring Harry DeMeo, Jim Cronin, Richie Rollo and Robert LaSalle — and turning the school on Fourth Avenue, between 96th and 97th streets, into a mini Madison Square Garden.
Proceeds will benefit the HeartShare School on Bath Avenue, between Bay 19th and Bay 20th streets.
The facility serves clients 5–21 years old suffering from autism.
