Gunned down!
A masked gunman shot a 28-year-old man as he walked with his friend on South Second Street on July 20.
The brutal crook — who covered his face with a white T-shirt during the attack — fired two shots just after 4 am.
One of the bullets missed, but the other struck the victim in the left side of the torso, leaving him bleeding on the sidewalk between Roebling Street and Driggs Avenue.
The latest incident comes only eight days after Richard Duran, 22, was murdered by suspected gang members at the corner of Roebling Street and Broadway after an altercation that started at Williamsburg’s famed “Festa del Giglio.”
Cutters
Two blade-wielding crooks slashed a 40-year-old man’s cheek on July 13 before robbing him of his cash.
The armed thugs approached the man from behind at the corner at the corner of Johnson and Stewart avenues as he walked to the L train’s Jefferson Street station.
The villains cut the man with a knife at around 10 pm, then stripped him of $150 and fled.
Phone snatchers!
Williamsburg crooks are still yanking phones from their victim’s fingers. Cellular thieves heisted at least four phones this week alone. Here are the details:
• Crooks yanked a Sidekick cellphone from the fingers of a 16-year-old as he chatted on July 13. The thieves grabbed the fancy phone from the victim’s hands at the corner of Grand Street and Boriquen Place at around 10:50 pm.
• A Web-savvy crook convinced a 13-year-old to hand over his Sidekick cellphone on July 15, but cops say they nabbed the 16-year-old thug. The alleged thief confronted his victim at Lindsey Park at the corner of Lorimer Street and Montrose Avenue at around 1:10 pm. “Can I see your phone to go on AIM?” the hoodlum asked, referring to a popular instant messaging program. The victim obliged, and the crook took the phone and fled — but police arrested a suspect later that day.
• Two thugs jacked a 13-year-old boy’s Sidekick phone as he walked to school on July 17. The hoodlums confronted the kid at the corner of Walton Street and Broadway at around 8:20 am. “Do you have the time?” one of the crooks asked their mark. When the victim took out his phone to check, the thugs grabbed it and fled.
• A crook put a McKibben Street man in a headlock on July 19 and jacked his cellphone at around 8 pm on Boerum Street between Bushwick Avenue and Bushwick Place.

A violent thug knocked a McKibben Street man unconscious when he entered his apartment building on July 13.
The cruel crook struck the man in the face at around 5 am as he walked into the building, which is between Bushwick Avenue and Seigel Street.
With his victim incapacitated, the crook stole his wristwatch, iPod, fancy headphones, cellphone, Sex Pistols wallet, and $100 and fled.
Bottle service
A crook shattered a bottle over a 44-year-old man’s head on July 15, then fled.
The nasty attack occurred at the corner of Rodney and South Fifth streets at around 7:45 pm, and the hoodlum escaped before police arrived on the scene.
Drive-by mug
Cops nabbed three crooks suspected in a July 16 drive-by mugging.
The hoodlums pulled up beside their victim at the corner of Thornton Street and Throop Avenue at around 12:50 am, and lowered a tinted window to flaunt a semi-automatic handgun, cops said.
The victim handed over a bag containing hairstyling tools, a hairstyling book, $3, and an iPod — but police arrested three suspects in the robbery.
Disembodied hand
A Bedford Avenue man was sitting in his apartment on July 15 when he saw a crook’s arm reach onto his windowsill and snatch his Sidekick cellphone and a wallet.
The thief groped around the sill at 4:15 pm, grabbing a wallet that contained $900, before escaping from the apartment, which is between South First and South Second streets.
Oy vey!
Crooks broke into a Taylor Street synagogue on July 19 and pilfered the charity box.
The thieves got into the temple, which is between Kent and Wythe avenues, by climbing through a rear window between 2 and 4 am, cops said. Once inside, the crooks tore through a charity box and stole $150.
Filling up
Crooks stole a bag containing $2,000 from a man’s car on July 18 while he was at the pump.
The thugs reached into the car, which was at a gas station on Flushing Avenue between Harrson and Throop avenues, and stole the bag at around 6:15 pm.
G train pain
A crook grabbed a woman’s purse as she rode the G train past the Flushing Avenue stop on July 17.
The hoodlum grabbed the bag — which contained a Blackberry cellphone, IDs, and $20 — at around 11:45 am, then dashed off the train as the doors closed.
The victim gave chase, but the crook escaped.
Knifepoint mug!
A mugger threatened a 35-year-old victim with a knife before snatching his cellphones and cash on July 15.
The crook confronted his victim at around 9 pm at the corner of Grattan and Bogart streets.
“I don’t want any trouble from you,” the crook said. “Give me everything you have.”
The victim obliged and handed over a Blackberry, a Nokia cellphone and $50.
Arrest do us part
A Bonnie-and-Clyde team mugged a 39-year-old man as he walked home on July 17 — but cops were able to nab the Clyde.
The duo confronted its victim at the corner of McKibbin Street and Graham Avenue at around 1:40 am, and snatched a gold chain from their victim’s neck.
But cops were able to arrest a 37-year-old suspect later that day.
Williamsburglars
Thieves terrorized Williamsburg this week, breaking into at least six apartments — sometimes while the residents were home. Here are the terrifying details.
• Hoodlums forced their way into a Johnson Avenue home on July 13 and stripped the apartment of its electronics.
The crooks got into the apartment, which is between Knickerbocker and Porter avenues, through an open rear window between 2 pm and 6:30 pm, while the victim was out shopping, cops said.
• Burglars broke into a South Third Street apartment on July 14 and snatched $330.
The crooks got into the apartment, which is between Havemeyer and Roebling streets, sometime between 8:40 am and 2 pm. They exited through the front door.
• Crooks broke into a Bushwick Avenue music studio overnight on July 14 and stole as many instruments as they could carry. The burglars struck between 10 pm and 9:30 am the next morning, prying their way through two basement doors to get to the instruments, which were housed between Montrose and Johnson avenues.
Once inside, the hoodlums stole three keyboards, a mixing board, an effects processor, a drum machine, speakers, a guitar, and a computer.
• Crooks broke into a Powers Street apartment on July 18 and stole nearly $10,000 of valuables.
The hoodlums got into the apartment, which is between Leonard Street and Manhattan Avenue, between 8:30 am and 3 pm, and grabbed a Mac laptop, a gold watch, an Armani bracelet, a wedding band, a computer case, and a microwave oven.
• Burglars forced their way into a White Street apartment on July 18 while the resident was asleep.
The crooks broke into the apartment, which is between Cook and Varet streets between 1 am and 7:30 am, and snatched a laptop, an iPhone, keys, a pocketbook, IDs, checks, and a credit card — without disturbing the dozing victim.
• A thief was having a field day in a Moore Street apartment on July 20 — until the victim woke up.
A 26-year-old victim awoke at around 5:30 am and noticed that a man in his bedroom was looking through his dresser drawers.
When the victim sat up, the crook dashed out of the apartment, which is at the corner of White Street, escaping with a Mac laptop, a Canon camera and two iPods.
A little too easy
Thieves had no problem stealing a van from a Manhattan Avenue spot when the owner left his keys in the vehicle with the window open overnight on July 11.
The hoodlums stole the red Ford van, which was parked between Montrose and Johnson avenues, between 11 pm and 10:45 am the next morning.
