Firefighters scrambled to free a senior citizen trapped inside his Honda following a car accident at the corner of Kings Highway and East 29th Street.
Police said that the Honda and another car collided at 11 p.m. on January 18. The senior was trapped for upwards of 20 minutes as firefighters from Engine 276 used the jaws of life to rip the door off.
The senior was rushed to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries, officials said.
It was unclear if cops handed out any summonses as this paper went to press.
